[ELECTRON] membership of this list does not mean i want spammed

Great ideas from Mr. Dembroski as always.
The idea of an announcements list is good, but would probably be good
to keep electron club general announcements separate from member's
events announcements imho. Would love to gain the benefit of anyone
else's experiences with managing mailing lists.
