Hi peeps I said I'd let everyone know when we started a blog about are reactive experiments so here it is:
http://altreality.wordpress.com/

We plan to make devices which react to their environment, starting with a touch sensitive table. We hope to document our efforts findings ideas and methods. This intends to be a community effort so if anyone has some content with lots of photos and videos they'd like to contribute they'd be welcome.

Also in a completely unrelated topic a friend of mine has a job going for a developer familiar with drupal. It is in England but if someone fancied a change iI'd be happy to put them up for the role after speaking with them.

Ladies, gents

Just thought I'd drop you this now I'm working on it's exposure

Starting October 5 the GCU is once again organizing a weekly evening
class or workshop to allow people who are interested or just curious
to get to know Second Life, to learn the basics of navigation,
communication, Avatar modification et cetera. This year we will also
cover the basics of downloading, installing and maintaining Open
Simulator, where content creation is the same as in Second Life.

Free and open to the general public. More here:
