I was recently in a similar predicament and ended up doing it myself. All
that is needed is a drill, file and vice or clamp and work surface.

- Mark out the bit you want gone
- Colour it in with a sharpie
- 'Chain-drill' holes inside the marked area along the perimeter, 2mm or so
  in from it.
- Bash out the bit you want gone
- File the horrible looking cut-out until all the ink covered bits are gone

Didn't take that long to do for a slot about 120x20 in a 3mm wall diecast
enclosure. If it's similar thickness diecast or sheet I can't imagine it
would take that long. If however it's pretty thick gauge I'd go find someone
with a milling machine...
