Hi Crecen, that's what we are here for. You can book the room for
meetings using our online calendar:

If you have not used the place before, let us know when you have your
first meeting booked and we will arrange for someone to show you the
setup and getting keys, etc.

Our website is a wiki and has some blogging tools built-in as well, so
if you need space for info then you can create a page for your group and
use that. See for example, the Freeduino group page:

Let me know if you need a page and I will send you more details.

If your group needs its own mailing list to organise meetings etc we can
also provide that.
