Yes, you are right. I think we thought about this for Radius (the  
Green Map's funder company) some time ago and Hannah found out it was  
a complicated procedure - charities are very strictly regulated. We  
would have to have all that stuff and more - the overhead of running  
it is really beyond what EC is as now stands, and we would have to  
become really 'corporate' to become a charity - somewhat antithetical  
to our 'rough around the edges' ways! :-)
