[ELECTRON] Glasgow Festival of DIY culture meeting this Thursday, 5pm

OK Thursday night not good for banners, as there is a meeting for the
Glasgow Festival of DIY culture (see below). Anyone is welcome to join
the meeting if they are interested. The attachment mentioned below is
the same info as I previously sent out to the list about the festival.



Hello there,
You have recieved this email because at some point, you have expressed
interest in the idea to organise a week long festival of DIY culture in
glasgow. There is also the possibility that we thought you may be
interested in this idea even though you had no prior knowledge of these
plans. Either way we hope that you may be able to bring your experience
to the table in organising this festival.

Please take the time to read through the attatchment; a draft
proposal/call for submissions to be sent to possible collaborators in
the festival.
We are holding a Meeting at the Electron Club, CCA, Sauchiehall Street
at 5pm this Thursday 11th of June.
This meeting is open to anyone interested in the festival.

At the meeting we would appreciate advice on:

    * The wording and format of the proposal/call for submissions

    * possible collaborators to feature at the festival

    * A Name for the festival

    * The core programme of the festival

After the meeting, we may head down to the Cry Parrot Gig at Mono, at
which a band from France called 'Cheveu' will be playing.
