Hi Lucie,

Sounds great, and I think it starting at 5pm should be OK - the film
starts at 6pm, but that should leave enough time for you?

A lot of publicity has already gone out but we can do a special mailshot
for this. Could you put together a wee blurb that we can use, plus info
about yourself? Can send it to me directly if you wish.
