[ELECTRON] Bridge network is here

The things Kevin was talking about would involve combining the 'latest
activity' system on ELGG with an RSS reader from the other sites. The
basic functions exist within ELGG but are not currently integrated, so
would involve writing a custom plugin - Anyone up for writing a plug in, 
Kev, Green-mappers, anyone :B
