[ELECTRON] broadband - the final reckoning

Hi,

New Media Scotland have now confirmed their contribution to the
broadband fund and I am happy to say that we now have the full amount
required to cover the 2 years broadband costs.

Once the money has come through we will set up the account and get the
line installed, etc.

Thankyou to everyone who helped out with fundraising and stuff!

Once we have the broadband installed I think it might be a good time to
discuss how we proceed from here and how we can perhaps better utilise
the resources we have. Do we continue as we are? Do we become a more
formalised/structured organisation as has been suggested?
