Dear Robb

I hope this email finds you well. I thought I’d just get in touch as
next year’s National Science and Engineering Week (NSEW) is now only
125 days away! March 12-21 2010…

If you are planning anything for NSEW 2010, we’d really like to know
about it! Our online database makes it easy for you to add your event
details to, and we’ll be running a big promotional campaign nearer the
Week to encourage the UK public to visit the site, so you could
potentially pull in a few more visitors to your event. But do make
sure you do your own event promotion too, our free packs of marketing
materials might help with that.

The database also includes year-round events, so even if your event
doesn’t fall between March 12–21, then you can still add it.  If you
aren’t planning to organise an event this year then do let me know.

Click here to register your event:

This year we have changed the website slightly so you can now access
our Activity Packs by following the link above and logging into the
Organisers’ Area using your email address and password. Our theme for
2010 is ‘Earth’, and our two Activity Packs ‘What on Earth’ and
‘Rockin’ Crystals’ provide a range of ideal science activities for
groups of young people. In addition, all schools who register before
February 8th will qualify for the school prize draw… more details can
be found on our website www.nsew.org.uk

Don’t forget to read our monthly newsletter ‘Update’. We’ll be
announcing details of next year’s UK-wide project ‘What on Earth’, in
addition to the schools’ competition ‘Endanger Rangers’, and more! So
keep an eye out for this arriving in your inbox just before Christmas,
and our organisers’ leaflet landing on your doormat early next week.

Are your contact details correct?

In the interests of maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database
please login to the organisers’ area and check your contact details
are correct.  Our database currently indicates that you are based at:
.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions or queries.

With best wishes,

Dan and the NSEW Team

PS – Follow us on Facebook and tell your friends about the Week!
