[ELECTRON] Tea for two and oscilloscopes

Members please notice all the tea stuff will be kept at the fridge area 
outside the club door. Please tidy up anything you use there and in the 
clubroom - put stuff back as we share this area with the cca staff.

Also does anybody know what happened to the brown oscilloscope that was at 
the window - as the solder group used it on a regular basis. Bob
