Hi Mark,
A project I would love to do would be to have a ground (or air) source heat pump driven by a windturbine (or windpump). Your project sounds great.

A big hello to new member Mark Meneely who says:

Hi,I am currently doing a sustainable technology course as part of an OU
Environmental Studies Degree. I would like to build a model wind turbine
with others, even if it is just a kit from the Centre for Alternative
Technology. I would also like to build a ground source heat pump. I
would still like to build a pedal generator to run a laptop and projector.

I would like to hold Glasgow Chiapas Solidarity Group meetings at the
club. The main aims of the group are to publicise the work of the
Zapatistas and raise money for Health Clinics and Schools for our
twinned municipality "The 16th of February" in Chiapas, Mexico.

best wishes
Si
