[ELECTRON] IBM Thinkpad laptops

They were at one time the CCA's.  It was my understanding that we  
could pretty much use 'em for whatever we want.  I suppose they are  
still 'technically' the property of the CCA.

That said.  they are getting long in the tooth, and tend to be a  
little flaky.  I can't imagine that they would be much use to the CCA.

I'm sure that as long as they are available for the CCA to use, if  
ever needed, that's all they would ask.
