[ELECTRON] proper frequency counter?

Hello all -

I recall that someone was looking for a frequency counter for the EClub.
Did that ever get sorted out?

I'm about to start pulling together some sort range TV transmitters - that
outlined in the following schematics by Tetsuo Kogawa. In them he warns that
I'll need a frequency counter.
