I would happily find £600 a year for cool tools if it would get some 
members over the door. The space is unused about %80 of the time if we had 
a half decent internet and a few computers that worked it might encourage 
people to us the place to work in in the day time.

I don't really know the ins and outs of the tech stuff or how things could 
be done or improved I only know they could be with some imagination such as
